We are very pleased to announce that the 80th VE/VJ Day Anniversary Convoy will run on Saturday 10 May 2025 from Southwick PO17 6EJ to Basingstoke RG22 6PG.
Start from Southwick at 10 am
The route is via the B2177, the A32 from Wickham to Chawton, the A31 into to Alton and via Butts Road to the New Odiham Road, The Avenue to Lasham Airfield stop over at approx.11 am. The A339 to Basingstoke and Ringway West to Milestones Museum RG22 6DG arriving at approx. Noon.
The event supports the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal. This will be the last official event organised by the existing team of volunteers so we hope that you will be able to give it as much support as possible in recognition of the historic Anniversaries. Thank you in advance.
